      Objective: Secure gate, ticket and security operations for the 2025 Nightmare on Chicago Street.

B. The Hill BMX Track—Designated Open Track Riding Hours for the Public

      Objective: Provide the Elgin community with opportunities to use The Hill BMX track during designated open track hours.

C. Illinois Route 25/Dundee Avenue Resurfacing Project—Intergovernmental Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for Construction and Maintenance Cost Sharing ($100,748)

      Objective: Establish respective construction and maintenance cost sharing responsibilities for the city-owned facilities within the Illinois Route 25/Dundee Avenue resurfacing project.

D. Wing Park Master Plan and Inclusive Playground Design—Change Order No. 1 ($29,850)

      Objective: Survey additional areas in Wing Park at the Elgin Classic Little League complex for paving improvements consistent with Americans with Disability Act (ADA) standards, complete design services, and develop concept and cost estimates for the renovation of existing park restroom facilities.

E. Rezoning Request to Permit Outdoor Display of Contractor Equipment at 960-1010 East Chicago Street—Presentation by Peter Bazos and EquipmentShare Representatives (Councilmembers Dixon and Steffen)

      Objective: Allow Mr. Bazos an opportunity to make his case and for the city council to provide direction to city staff on this matter.
