A. Lead Service Line Replacement Program Year 5—Engineering Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI)($682,974)

      Objective: Contract for engineering services to implement remedial action relating to lead water service line replacement.

B. Toddler Slide Replacement for Wing Park Family Aquatic Center ($99,934)

      Objective: Replace the existing toddler boat slide at Wing Park Family Aquatic Center with a modern, enhanced toddler slide that improves safety, functionality, and guest experience.

C. Country Knolls South 2025 Resurfacing Project—Construction Engineering Services Agreement with Hampton, Lenzini & Renwick, Inc. (HLR) ($386,172)

      Objective: Provide field inspection, design interpretation, contract administration including all required Motor Fuel Tax documentation, and general coordination and control of the day-to-day construction activities for the resurfacing of various residential streets for the Country Knolls South 2025 Resurfacing Project.

D. Highland Woods 2025 Resurfacing Project—Construction Engineering Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) ($231,904)

      Objective: Provide field inspection, design interpretation, contract administration including all required Motor Fuel Tax documentation, and general coordination and control of the day-to-day construction activities for the resurfacing of various residential streets for the Highland Woods 2025 Resurfacing Project.

E. Various East Side Streets 2025 Resurfacing Project—Construction Engineering Services Agreement with Fehr Graham ($167,747)

      Objective: Provide field inspection, design interpretation, contract administration including all required Motor Fuel Tax documentation, and general coordination and control of the day-to-day construction activities for the resurfacing of various residential streets for the Various East Side Streets 2025 Resurfacing Project.
