Former Loyola Academy athlete Abby Walsh and the Bates Bobcats were defeated 76-59 by the Scranton Lady Royals on Friday, March 13, during the NCAA Division III Basketball Tournament.
The game began at 7 p.m. at the John Long Center and marked the first time Bates faced Scranton in the tournament.
