A. Adoption of the 2024 Official Zoning Map (No Cost)

Objective: Comply with state statute requiring the annual adoption and publication of an official zoning map.

B. Purchase of ClearGov Digital Budget Book and Capital Budgeting Subscription Services ($31,840)

Objective: Continue using ClearGov’s digital budget book and implement the capital budgeting module.

C. Wheeled Coach Ambulance Purchase with Fire Service, Inc. (Estimated $398,112)

Objective: Purchase a replacement ambulance to provide reliable and effective treatment and transportation for citizens needing emergency medical care and transport to a hospital.

D. Suburban Tree Consortium Membership and Purchase Commitment ($575)

Objective: Purchasing replacement trees for planting on city-owned properties.

E. Security Services with Andy Frain Services at the Edward Schock Centre of Elgin, Lords Park and Wing Park – RFP 24-006 ($475,000)

Objective: Create a safe and secure environment for users and visitors to the Edward Schock Centre of Elgin, Lords Park and Wing Park by entering into an agreement with Any Frain Services to provide security personnel at each location.

F. Resolution for Maintenance Under the Illinois Highway Code – 2024 Motor Fuel Tax Funds ($2,000,000)

Objective: Provide funding for annual roadway maintenance activities and materials purchases utilizing proceeds from the Illinois Motor Fuel Tax Fund.

G. Agreement with 120Water for Water Pitcher Filter Distribution and Water Sampling ($500,000)

Objective: Provide services required by the IEPA and USEPA during the completion and implementation of the optimal corrosion control treatment study.

H. Advisory Referendum on Kimball Street Dam Removal (Mayor Kaptain) (No Cost)

Objective: Obtain city council authorization to place an advisory question of public policy on the ballot of the general election occurring on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 asking whether the Kimball Street Dam should be removed.
