SPECIAL MEETING OF THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
CALL TO ORDER: made by Village President Paula McCombie at 6:01 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Trustees Abbate, Alvarado, Guranovich, Panchal, Stagno and Village Clerk Zierk Absent: Patel
Others present: Administrator Palmer and Village Attorney Vasselli
PUBLIC COMMENTS: None
AGENDA ITEMS:
A. Discussion and Possible Approval of an Ordinance Regarding Buses, Trailers and Regulating Vehicles.
Mayor McCombie asked the Village Attorney to present and summarize the item before the Village Board
Questions were asked by the board in regard to the ordinance and the people who are being dropped off. Motion was made by Abbate to Approve an Ordinance Regarding Buses, Trailers and Regulating Vehicles. Second by Guranovich. A Roll Call Vote was taken:
Abbate - Aye; Alvarado - Aye; Guranovich - Aye; Panchal - Aye; Stagno - Aye.
Abstain - 0
Absent - Patel
Motion Approved - 5 - Ayes, 0 – Nays, 0 - Abstain and 1 – Absent.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion made by Trustee Guranovich to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Trustee Abbate. The motion passed by voice vote and the meeting adjourned at 6:39 p.m.
