1. Motion to approve mintues of May 9th, 2023 regular meeting.

2. Motion to approve minutes of July 18th, 2023 special meeting.

1. Motion to approve legal invoice to Puchalski Goodloe LLC - $ 1,542.60

2. Motion to approve investment advisory fee to Garcia Hamitlon & Associates of $ 3,900.06

This fee is a result of the change over which took place during consolidation process.

V. NEW BUSINESS

1. Review State Street monthly report and Verus Advisors quarterly report

2. Discussion and action if necessary on cash management guidlines

3. Discussion on status of annual trustee training for 2023

4. Discussion and action regarding FYE audit and IDOI annual statement

5. Discussion and action regarding FYE actuarial valuation and village contribution request

1. Motion to approve retirement of Officer Dan Weidman as of 09-17-23.

Hire Date - 09-05-1996

Retired - 09-17-2023

Effective date of benefit - 09-18-23

Creditable service - 27 years, 13 days

Monthly benefit - $ 6,753.71

2. Acknowledgment of non-duty disability application by Officer Adnan Ejupovic filed on 07-21-2023.

3. Acknowledgment of re-payment of pension beneift overpayment from Trust of Sandra Ott

An amount of $12,283.75 was overpaid to Sandra Ott after her passing on April 15th, 2023. The overpayment covered the dates of April 16th, 2023 to June 30th, 2023.

The total amount has been repaid to the Palatine Police Pension Fund.
