Special Use to permit a fence in the side yard abutting a street, where the side lot line of said yard abuts the side lot line of the front yard of an adjacent lot, pursuant to Section 6.03 (b) (6) (b) of the Village of Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
2. 893 W. Willow Street
Variation to permit a rear yard setback of 18 feet instead of the minimum required 25 feet for a permitted obstruction, pursuant to Section 10.06 (c) (13) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
