1. ORDINANCE M-5-20: Approving Appropriations to Defray the Expenses of the City of Des Plaines, Cook County, Illinois for Municipal Purposes Designated as the “Annual Appropriation Ordinance” for the Fiscal Year Beginning January 1, 2020 and Ending December 31, 2020

2. RESOLUTION R-41-20: Approve Professional Services Master Contract and Task Order No. 1 for Construction Oversight of the Oakton Water Rehabilitation Project in the Amount of $35,760 with Dixon Engineering Inc., Hales Corners, Wisconsin. Budgeted Funds – Water/Professional Services.

3. RESOLUTION R-42-20: Approve Task Orders No. 10 for Large Meter Testing and No. 11 for the Water System Audit with M.E. Simpson Company Inc., Valparaiso, Indiana in the Amount of $54,400. Budgeted Funds – Water/Professional Services.

4. RESOLUTION R-43-20: Approve Civic Center Parking Deck Construction Materials Testing Services to ECS Midwest, LLC, Buffalo Grove, Illinois in the Amount of $43,906. Budgeted Funds – TIF #1/Professional Services.

5. RESOLUTION R-44-20: Approve the Purchase of a 10-Ton Dump Truck #9031 Refurbishment to Rush Truck Centers of Illinois, Huntley, Illinois in the Amount of $50,408.78. Budgeted Funds – Water/Sewer Equipment Replacement.

6. RESOLUTION R-45-20: Approve a Master Contract with Manusos General Contracting Inc., Fox Lake, Illinois and Task Order No. 1 in the Not-to-Exceed Amount of $275,000. Budgeted Funds – TIF #1.

7. RESOLUTION R-46-20: Approve the Purchase of a Ford F-450 Truck with Related Equipment Through the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative Contract #181 from Currie Motors, Frankfort, Illinois in the Amount of $72,542. Budgeted Funds – Vehicle Replacement.

8. RESOLUTION R-47-20: Award the Bid for the 2020 Sewer Lining Contract to Hoerr Construction Inc., Goodfield, Illinois in the Amount of $253,594.40. Budgeted Funds – Capital Improvement Program/Water – Sewer.
