Democrat Julie Morrison has been declared the winner in the 29th District Senate race against Republican Barrett Davie.
With 100 percent of the precincts reporting, Morrison had 63 percent of the vote with a total of 49,488 votes.
Davie received 37 percent of the vote with a total of 28,910 votes.
