Map Amendment, Amendment to Annexation Agreement, and Preliminary Plat

1. 3451 Bowes Rd - #16-18, 28-18 & 29-18, an amendment to the annexation agreement, a map amendment to the planned development (specifically amending the planned development ordinances), and approval of a preliminary plat for a new senior living facility and age-restricted single-family residential subdivision (continued from August 6, 2018). Staff requests this item be continued to November 5, 2018, Planning & Zoning Commission meeting.

Planned Development as a Map Amendment and Conditional Use:

1. 1023 N Randall Rd - #11-18 & 34-18, a planned development as a map amendment and a conditional use for a “child daycare service”, to establish The Learning Experience, a child daycare center.

Map Amendment, Amendment to Annexation Agreement, Preliminary and Final Plat:

1. 101 Russell Rd - #18-18, 19-18, 20-18 & 21-18, an amendment to the annexation agreement, a map amendment (specifically further amending the planned development ordinances), an amendment to the preliminary plat, and final plat and final engineering approval for Unit 3 and Unit 5 of Tall Oaks Subdivision
