Village of Wilmette President and Board of Trustees met Nov. 28.

Here is the agenda provided by the Board:

3.0 CONSENT AGENDA

(The matters listed for consideration on the Consent Agenda are items of routine business, land use items coming to the Village Board with a positive recommendation from a hearing body, and other items that appear to have the unanimous support of the Board of Trustees. The Village President will inquire if any member of the Board or member of the public wishes to discuss any item on the Consent Agenda. If such a request is made, the matter will be removed from the Consent Agenda and will be taken up by the Village Board in the order shown. Thereafter, the Village President will request a motion and second for passage of all remaining items listed. The resulting roll call vote on the Consent Agenda will be applicable to each remaining agenda item. Any item removed from the Consent Agenda is subject to a five-minute time limit). Any agenda item beginning with a 3 is on the Consent Agenda.

3.5 Introduction of Ordinance #2017-O-76 amending the Village Code, Chapter 20 regarding the West Lake Plaza Local Sign Ordinance.

3.6 Zoning Board of Appeals Report, Case #2017-Z-52, 1 Indian Hill Road regarding a request for a 2.5’ fence height variation and a fence openness variation to permit the replacement of a 6.5’ tall solid fence in a front yard in accordance with the plans submitted; adoption of Ordinance #2017-O-78.

3.7 Zoning Board of Appeals Report, Case #2017-Z-53, 1140 Greenwood Avenue regarding a request for a special use for a detached garage in excess of 600 square feet to permit the construction of a detached threecar garage in accordance with the plans submitted. The use shall run with the use; adoption of Ordinance #2017-O-79.

3.8 Zoning Board of Appeals Report, Case #2017-Z-54, 2600 Thornwood Avenue regarding a request for a 1,106.86 square foot (22.68%) total floor area variation, an 89.83 square foot (1.84%) lot coverage variation, a 9.1’ side yard adjoining a street setback variation, a 9.0’ front yard stoop setback variation, a 9.0’ front yard step setback variation, a 2.89’ side yard adjoining a street stoop setback variation, a 7.81’ side yard adjoining a street step setback variation, a 90.92 square foot (7.34%) front yard impervious surface coverage variation, and a 179.3 square foot (43.33%) side yard adjoining a street impervious surface coverage variation to permit the construction of a one-story addition and new front stoop, steps, and walk on the legal nonconforming structure, and a 2.0’ fence height variation and fence openness variation to permit the construction of a 6.0’ tall solid fence in a side yard adjoining a street in accordance with the plans submitted; adoption of Ordinance #2017-O-80.

3.9 Zoning Board of Appeals Report, Case #2017-Z-55, 505 Skokie Boulevard regarding a request for a special use for Medical/Dental Clinic-Large and a 1 space parking variation to permit the expansion of a med spa (Images Med Spa) in accordance with the plans submitted. The use shall run with the use; adoption of Ordinance #2017-O-81.
