A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Friends of Brendan Appel was the only campaign committee in Northfield that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Friends of Brendan Appel has yet to pay was imposed on April 25, 2014, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $1,725.
