* C. An ordinance granting site plan approval for a one-lot planned development at 8100 Tripp Avenue, Skokie, Illinois in an R2 Single-Family district and relief from Chapter 118, Sections 118-217(c)(3), 118-233(e) and 118-112(5) of the Skokie Village Code (2016-12P).
