Elgin Sustainability Commission provides memorial garden update

The city of Elgin Sustainability Commission met March 14 to provide a memorial garden update.

Here is the meeting's agenda, as provided by the commission:

The city of Elgin sustainability commission consists of nine members, appointed from the community and city staff. The commission meets at 6 p.m. on the second Tuesday of each month at City Hall, 150 Dexter Court.
