Elgin Committee of the Whole details special meeting

The Elgin Committee of the Whole met at 7 p.m. Monday, June 13.

The Elgin Committee of the Whole is a less formal meeting of the City Council, which gives members an opportunity to discuss items and ask questions. Meetings are held at 6 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, at the Robert Gilliam Municipal Complex, 150 Dexter Court.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that there will be a Special Committee of the Whole meeting of the Elgin City Council  on Monday, June 13, 2016, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at City Hall, Robert Gilliam Municipal Complex, in the City Council Chambers located at 150 Dexter Court, Elgin, Illinois.

The agenda and purpose of this meeting is for members of the Elgin City Council to attend and participate in the meeting being sponsored by the Elgin Cultural Arts Commission for further discussion regarding the mural titled “American Nocturne.”
