Elgin Heritage Commission Design Review Subcommittee meets, considers new business

The City of Elgin Heritage Commission Design Review Subcommittee met at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 24.

Members of the Design Review Subcommittee are responsible for reviewing applications for Certificates of Appropriateness (COA) brought before them to ensure that all exterior work proposed meets the requirements of the Elgin Design Guideline Manual.
