Updates on the South St. extension will be presented at 6 p.m. tomorrow, Feb. 2, at the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee meeting.

The meeting will be held in the West Conference Room at The Centre, 100 Symphony Way.

The South St. extension will connect Longcommon Parkway and South St. to the intersection of Randall Road and South St. As part of the extension, a new bike path will extend from the current bike path in the Waterford Subdivision to the Otter Creek Shopping Center entrance.

Following updates, the committee will discuss the proposed 2016 activities and projects that will enhance city residents' bicycling and pedestrian experience.

The committee will also call for comments from the audience regarding items not on the agenda.

After hearing any other business items presented to the committee, the meeting will be adjourned. The next Bicycling and Pedestrian Advisory Committee meeting will be held at 6 p.m. on March 1.
